Redo/Refund Policy
At The Hair Design Lab, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your service, we are happy to make it right-within the guidelines of our Redo Policy below.
Redo Policy
We offer a 7-day redo window for all hair services. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We will gladly invite you back in to make the necessary adjustments at no additional charge.
• After 7 days, hair may grow out, shift in color, or be affected by external factors. For this reason, we cannot guarantee results or offer complimentary redos outside the 7-day period.
• Redos are offered to correct an issue with the original service. If you change your mind about the cut, color, or style you initially agreed upon, this will be considered a new service, not a redo.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services. However, we are committed to working with you to adjust or redo the service to your satisfaction, within the 7-day redo policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At The Hair Design Lab, we value your appointment and the time we've set aside specifically to you. We understand the importance of your time, and we strive to optimize both yours and ours efficiently. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, giving you ample time to adjust if needed. However cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge to the card on file for the reserved service amount. In the event of a no-show, a 50% charge of the reserved service amount will be applied, and for future color services, a $50 deposit will be required.
Cards on file are only stored for 14 days and then deleted from our system. We are only allowed to charge cards 50% of the service, no additional fees will be applied.
